AUTOMATIC INSTITUTIONAL MERIT AID VS. SEPARATE APPLICATION REQUIRED MERIT AID
If a student is admitted, many institutions will automatically consider them for merit aid based on their application for admission.
However, other institutional scholarships are available IF and ONLY IF the student applies using a school-specific application by a specified deadline.
Please note that some scholarship applications are only available after the student has been admitted, and that these deadlines are typically well BEFORE the institution’s regular admission deadline.
