Exciting News: IECA Announcement
In our efforts to provide state of the art resources and information – leading edge college counseling services, we are pleased to announce that our Principal Coach/CEO, Cynthia DeBerry Flowers was recently approved as an Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) Associate Member.
“Founded in 1976, the Independent Educational Consultants Association is the nation’s largest and most recognized organization of IECs. With over 1,700 members found in 30 countries and nearly every state, IECA sets the standard, creates the agenda and leads the way in creating training and networking opportunities.”

That is a well deserved honor for Cynthia DeBerry Flowers. We have enjoyed working with Cynthia and what a difference she has made in our lives. Her knowledge has paved the way for our son to apply for colleges. We can’t say enough great things about Cynthia. She has been a life saver for us through this challenging college application process.
